Chptr is a mobile application for preserving, sharing, and building communities from memories of departed loved ones. I am currently conducting usability tests across the first version of the app and ideating, prioritizing, and prototyping feature enhancements and application additions based on user needs and partnership requests.

ClosedLoop is a B2B SaaS company that improves healthcare outcomes and reduces costs through machine learning predictions of individual health risks. I collaborated on a cross-functional team to add to and improve ClosedLoop's platform, resulting in winning the Best in KLAS award in 2023.
CHECKOUT | MOBILE & DESKTOP PLATFORM | FEATURE ADDITIONS
As the sole product designer for Zero, a B2C desktop and mobile grocery delivery service, I enhanced the B2C shopping experience through a variety of end-to-end and feature additions. This included a redesign of the cart and checkout process, and a full reconstruction of the navigation, search, and browse; implementing a tagging feature to optimize search results.

Combined human-centered design, user research, and entrepreneurship to launch Klari, a service narrowing the technology literacy gap through intergenerational collaboration. Published and featured at the Research & Education in Design journal and conference in Lisbon.

As a member of Ronik Design, designed the UI and motion graphics of an award-winning web course in partnership with Reuters News Agency, promoting awareness of fake media.
